Supply Capacity Reduction
At the time an electricity supply is installed in a building, the client or their representative are required to state the capacity of supply that is required. While it is possible to assess the likely requirements, they are usually based on a number of assumptions, and hence can prove to be inaccurate over time.
In cases where the capacity being paid for exceeds the required capacity, we can work with you to agree a new figure with the Distribution Company, so resulting in a reduction in the charges you are required to pay. This may only be possible after an initial period of supply has passed, depending on the conditions of the Connections Agreement that has been signed.
