EU Procurement
When procuring contracts for the supply of electricity and gas, all public sector
organisations and bodies governed by public law must observe EU procurement laws
for conducting the tender process.
Apollo Energy will undertake this process on behalf of clients that are affected by these procurement laws, and no additional charges are made.
We have established rolling four year Framework Agreements for both electricity and gas supplies, so enabling us to seek tenders for our clients as mini competitions rather than having to submit each tender to the full OJEU process.
