Jacqui Hall, the Managing Director of CNG (Contract Natural Gas) - one of the UK's leading independent suppliers of natural gas - has said that customer service is 'paramount' to strong relationships between energy brokers and SMEs. In an article on Energy Live News, she said that CNG believes that treating your clients well is crucial. What's more, while some may believe that customer service in the energy broker industry isn't too important - it is, because if something was to go wrong and a company deals with that particular customer well, the customer will stay with you. Mrs Hall added that energy brokers pay an important role in the industry, helping suppliers build their business over the years. The statement comes as CNG announce they are sponsoring one of the Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TECLAs) this year. The supplier is sponsoring the 'SME Best Customer Service Award'.
